Custom Finishes
Painted finishes are customized to your design idea! We will custom match your paint swatch. Just provide us with your spec and/or sample. We utilize a 2 part water based enamel, a low VOC system that is HAPS compliant for wood finishes. Volta panels are offered with a satin finish or a custom gloss finish. No minimums required.
Powder coat offers durability as well as metallic sparkle! We will match your swatch with a custom blend to produce the right finish color. Just provide us with your spec and/or sample. We utilize a UV cured single step process that applies 3-5 mils of coating with reduced energy consumption. This is a VOC and HAPS free system. Volta panels are provided with a satin finish (20 degree gloss) or a custom blend for metallic finishes. Maximum panel size is 48" x 48".
Vinyl laminated Volta panels provide an array of patterns and colors. When durability and cleanability is needed then a vinyl faced panel proves to be a great option. Custom printing on a dimensional Volta panel provides an inspiring look! Simply provide Marlite with high resolution artwork, or let our designers source the art for you. For continuous images, we will match the panels to your wall sizes.
Sometimes the best solution is a raw panel ready for finishing at the job site. Volta panels can be purchased ready for installation and field finishing. Follow your paint supplier’s recommendations to prep and finish panels.
