1932 - Marlite is founded by the Marsh family in Dover, OH.

1948 - Marlite becomes an operating division of Masonite.

1977 - Marlite begins transition from residential paneling products to commercial interior systems.

1984 - Marlite is purchased by USG Interiors.

2004 - Marlite is purchased by company executives John Popa and Fred Dudley.

2008 - Marlite is owned by John Popa after Fred Dudley retires.
